Age Requirement

The ck998 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. ck998 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend or permanently close accounts where the age requirement is found not to have been met. Any funds held in an underage account at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Additional Eligibility Conditions

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following conditions to be eligible to register and use the ck998 Platform:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, consultant or close family member of a current employee or director of ck998.
• You are depositing funds from a payment account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard) that is registered in your own name.
• You have not previously had a ck998 account closed for terms violations, fraudulent activity or any other breach of these Terms.

One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold one ck998 account only. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same mobile number, different mobile numbers or any other identifying information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ck998 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them, including real money balances and bonus funds.

Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering your ck998 account. This includes your full name, date of birth and mobile number. You must notify ck998 promptly if any registered information changes. ck998 may at any time request documentary verification of the information you have provided, including proof of identity and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawals.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ck998 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. You are liable for all activity that takes place under your account. Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. ck998 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in names other than the registered account holder, or payment methods not previously used to deposit.
• ck998 reserves the right to request KYC verification documents before processing any withdrawal request. These may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of the payment method used.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically 15 to 60 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or for first-time withdrawals pending KYC review.

Currency

All transactions on the ck998 Platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). ck998 does not accept or pay in any foreign currency. Exchange rate risk is the sole responsibility of the Player in the event that their personal banking provider applies any currency conversion.

General Bonus Terms

Bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional rewards (collectively, "Promotions") are offered at the sole discretion of ck998 and may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. All Promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published at the time of the promotion and must be read in conjunction with these Terms. In the event of a conflict between a Promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the Promotion's specific terms shall prevail in respect of that Promotion only.

Wagering Requirements

Unless a Promotion's specific terms state otherwise, the following general wagering requirement conditions apply:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the rollover requirement) before any winnings derived from those bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money.
• Bets placed on certain game types (for example, live dealer table games) may contribute at a lower percentage to the rollover requirement than bets placed on slots — the applicable contribution rates are stated in each Promotion's specific terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the Promotion's terms. Bonus funds that remain subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements after the expiry of that time limit will be forfeited without cash value.

Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus is a one-time offer available to new accounts only; it cannot be claimed by existing players who close and re-open an account. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ck998 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, including accounts in the names of family members or associates residing at the same address, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing Platform limits.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial or technical means to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform, including but not limited to automated betting systems.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, cheating, collusion or any other dishonest or illegal activity in connection with the Platform.
• Depositing funds from a payment account not registered in your own name, or otherwise depositing funds derived from illegal or criminal activity.
• Deliberately exploiting software errors, technical glitches or malfunctions to gain credits, winnings or any advantage not intended by ck998.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your ck998 account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck998 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, and whether or not ck998 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ck998 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. In the event of a technical malfunction or error that results in incorrect game outcomes, incorrectly credited winnings or any other system error, ck998 reserves the right to correct the error, void affected bets and reclaim any winnings credited as a result of the error, regardless of whether funds have been withdrawn. Players will be notified of any material corrections affecting their account.

ck998 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 7.
• ck998 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, chargebacks or any other irregular financial conduct in connection with the account.
• The player has been found to be under the age of 21 at any point during their use of the Platform.
• ck998 is required to take action by a competent authority, court order or applicable law.

Upon closure of an account for terms violations or fraudulent conduct, any real money balance and bonus funds held in the account may be forfeited at ck998's discretion. Where an account is closed at the player's own request or for administrative reasons unrelated to misconduct, any verified real money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

ck998 collects, processes and stores personal data about players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available on the ck998 Privacy Policy page. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ck998 uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. ck998 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

ck998 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ck998 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to affected players, which may be by email to the registered account address, by an in-platform notification or by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
